Huichol are members of an American Indian people of the mountains between Zacatecas and Nayarit, Mexico

Peyote- Symbol of life, health, success, luck and shamanic powers

Sun- Master of heavens, brings light to the world 

Star- Represents light, truth, hope and spiritual strength

Turtle- Assistant of the rain goddesses

Red- Represents the East, the Fire God Tatawari and masculinity

Orange- Represents the sun 

Black- Represents the Pacific ocean and land of the dead
